LOTRO
After Quitting FF , And WoW, I decided to venture out and discover a new game...LOTR Online..

I believe that its a good thing...and the screen shots look damn well good. For some strange reason - not because i was talking to Sty today - i was
thinking of giving it a go as well. Surely it cant be as monotous as FF? Or take you about a year to level up to 75?!

Its a smaller community yeah, and top level is 50, so probably not a year no  the story line is very catchy , and all quests help you level up, FAST. So yeah id recommend giving it a go, if you use google, search LOTR online,
make sure its the european site, and download the free trial there. Its definitly worth a go, if not for something different.

There has been alot of mixed reviews your right, but basically, it is WoW , with a lord of the rings theme, so...the only difference is the story
line? combat style is the same, as are inventory slots etc, all the same. So theres not really much to bad review, although the graphics, are better
then FF or WoW could ever be.

Actually, I never really left but was merely on hiatus to finish Auto Assault since it was being shutdown. I did however get LOTRO and paid the one
time payment of $200 so I can play as little as I like since this is still my main MMORPG. My brother has been playing a trail period of WoW and from
what I can tell, the two games are very similar. Seems to me that that shouldn't be to much of a surprise since a lot of MMORPG's are structured
that way. FFXI is one of the "odd men out" because they took the series gameplay and added MMO elements to it. Watching my brother play WoW, it
does look like a really good game and one I'd enjoy, but I really can't be bothered with taken up another game much less another monthly bill.

Yes, I have all jobs, races, and genders covered with that spread. Now Soloman and Autoclavon are the only two that I have made any progress
level-wise and I haven't made much in the way of the storyline. I hoping to rectify that though.
